The owner of this Cougar brought us the car partially completed.  Seems the other restoration shop was getting out of hand with labor charges.  The car was painted and rolling on its own wheels but pretty much everything else needed to be done.  The first photo below is how the car came to us.  The rest are after it was completed.  All modifications were at the customers request.
